Where do you ship? 

We ship in EU & UK and some Non EU countries. For an additional charge, we can offer express delivery to certain locations. 

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. 

 What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our warehouse. If your item does not arrive on time, please let us know and we will locate it for you. If the Event Outside Our Control affects the delivery of products, we will try to reroute your order. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 72 hours from the expected delivery date, we will refund the shipping charges.

What is the deadline to return an item?

Topnchic allows you to exercise your legal right as a customer to cancel or return any order. Under the European Directive on Consumer Rights (EDCR) your statutory minimum cancellation or return period is 14 days from receipt of your order.                    

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

Topnchic accepts return of product in the event of a fault. This should be mentioned as soon as the product was received.

We do not accept returns in these cases:

–  Merchandise was shipped in perfect condition and accordance with your instructions.

–  Style has been discontinued.

–  Merchandise is soiled or otherwise unsaleable.

–  Merchandise is not in original conditions as shipped.

Damaged parcels must be signed for as “damaged”. Please contact us as soon as the product was received.

We recommend to get a proof of posting from the courier services as we will not be responsible for any failure or lost in the post.

What items are eligible for return?

All items except lingerie for hygiene reasons are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item, including lingerie is faulty or  arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Returns are free for orders with shipping charges. Returns of orders with free shipping are at the charge of the customer. To return an order, simply repackage the item in the original package and send it back to us.

Send us an email with the postage receipt for reimbursement. Orders with free delivery are not eligible for free return. 

Price  

We make every effort to keep the price reasonable, should the price increase for any other reason (change VAT rate…) we will inform you and give you the choice of accepting the price increase or cancelling your order.

Complaints  

We endeavour to take seriously all your complaints and respond as soon as possible. Will not be responsible for any failure to any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. If this takes place we will contact you immediately and our obligations under a contract will be suspended.
