Due to high order volumes or event outside our control our standard home delivery service may take longer than expected.

We do absolutely our best to make sure your order reaches you on time, however delays can sometimes occur.

An email is sent with all the details of how to track your parcel. You can track your order with your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email. You will have to enter that number on the delivery service tracking page, so you see each stage of its journey.

If an Event Outside Our Control affects the delivery of products, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over. You will have the choice to cancel during that period. If you choose to cancel, you will have to return the product you have already received in the original package (at our cost) and a refund will be processed, including the delivery charges.
